Injection Tubes

Injection Detection Kits provide an easy and economical method for measuring very high concentrations of propane or carbon dioxide. Everything needed to conduct testing is included in the kits.

• Injection Kit for Carbon Dioxide (P/N NX90544) detects CO2 in the range of 10-100%.

• Injection Kit for Propane (P/N NX90560) detects propane in the range of 0.1-2%.

5 simple steps:

1. Simply break off both tips of a fresh detector tube using a Nextteq tube breaker supplied in the kit.
2. Pull the handle of the syringe and take a  20ml sample of air until the piston head attains the mark “20.”
3. Insert the tube end, marked with the arrow, securely into the syringe pump.
4. Introduce the sample air in 20 sec at a constant flow rate into the detector tube.
5. Read the concentration.
